In a world where online reputation is critical, having direct access to your review data is invaluable. TrueReview offers a streamlined way to export Google (and other) reviews to CSV, which you can then analyze, archive, or use in reporting. Here’s how to do it.
Before we dive in, here are some of the key reasons you might want to export your reviews:
Data analysis & reporting: Use Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools to dig deeper into trends (e.g. sentiment, rating distributions, review count).
Backup: Maintain an offline or alternative copy of your review history.
Cross-platform comparison: Combine Google reviews with feedback from Facebook, Yelp, Tripadvisor, etc. — TrueReview supports multiple sources.
Integration & automation: Hook the CSV data into other systems, dashboards, or internal reports.
