What websites can I request reviews for?

You can request reviews for any website of your choice. Simply select from our list of supported websites or add a custom link to any site where you’d like to collect reviews.
For Google, Facebook, and TrueReview, you can view and reply to reviews directly from your TrueReview dashboard. Platforms like Yelp, which support displaying reviews on your dashboard, also allow you to generate AI-powered review response suggestions with a direct shortcut to the review’s response page, making it quick and easy to reply.

I have multiple locations under one Google account; am I able to select a location?

Yes, when you connect your Google Business Profile, you will be prompted to select which location you would like to manage. With the Premium plan, you can manage multiple Google Business Profiles.

In which countries do SMS requests work?

Businesses located in the United States and Canada can send SMS and Email review and survey requests to their customers using the TrueReview platform. SMS is not supported for businesses located outside of the United States and Canada, however sending review requests via Email is supported for all locations.

Can I automate the review requests?

Yes, you can automatically add contacts to your TrueReview account, or send review requests right away by connecting your CRM, EMR, POS or any other software you use through Zapier. You can also use the TrueReview API to create an integration.

Do you have an API?

Yes, TrueReview offers API access in the Premium subscription plan. All plans also offer Zapier integration. Learn more

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Subscriptions expire at the end of the billing cycle.

What number is used to send SMS requests?

SMS requests are sent from a dedicated toll-free number assigned to each business. To send SMS review requests, business verification is required. Learn more

Will I lose my reviews if I cancel my subscription?

No, reviews you collect through TrueReview will not be lost if you cancel your subscription. Since reviews are left on websites you specify, like Google, they stay with you even if you cancel your subscription.

Does TrueReview work for agencies?

Yes! TrueReview subscriptions are designed to support agencies managing reviews for other businesses. You can either create individual accounts, or use the Premium plan to manage all businesses under a single account.
