When you send a review request via SMS, your customers will receive a text message that includes an optional image, such as your logo, and a URL that customers click to leave a review.
You can customize the message and image your customers receive when you send review requests.
When your customers click the link in the text message, it will open your dedicated business review profile.

When customers indicate that they are happy with their experience, they will see the review websites you've added for them to leave a review:
However, if they indicate they are unhappy, they will have an option to submit direct feedback, or contact you from options you add, such as calling, texting or emailing.
