How do I schedule review requests?
  1. To schedule a review request, go to your Dashboard and click the "Create Request" button.

2. Add the customer's name, phone number or email address and click "Schedule"

There can only be 1 phone number and 1 email address in the input fields at a time. Do not add more than 1 phone number or email address.
  1. Select when you would like the request to be sent:
  1. Click "Save" to schedule your request for the selected time.
  2. After sending a request, or scheduling it, you can access it from your Contacts page.
  3. Requests that have been sent will be under the REQUESTS tab.
  4. Requests that are scheduled for a later time and have not yet sent will be under the SCHEDULED tab.
