- To schedule a review request, go to your Dashboard and click the "Create Request" button.
2. Add the customer's name, phone number or email address and click "Schedule"
- Select when you would like the request to be sent:
- Click "Save" to schedule your request for the selected time.
- After sending a request, or scheduling it, you can access it from your Contacts page.
- Requests that have been sent will be under the REQUESTS tab.
- Requests that are scheduled for a later time and have not yet sent will be under the SCHEDULED tab.
