How do I change the text message customers receive?

  1. From your dashboard, click on the Settings tab and scroll to "Message" section of the page.

By default, we will use your Business Name to create your SMS message.

When you send a review request, the customer name you provide will automatically be replaced where it says {Customer Name}.

You can update the text before and after {Customer Name}.

We recommend keeping the message short and simple!
