Understanding your TrueReview Affiliate Program
Thank you for considering the TrueReview affiliate program. Our affiliates are very important to us. This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as protecting you, TrueReview and our customers. Please read thoroughly. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@truereview.co
Affiliate Agreement
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the TrueReview affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, "TrueReview" refers to TrueReview Online LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the TrueReview affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. TrueReview is not responsible and will not pay commissions on sign ups that are not through the affiliate link. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
If the Affiliate is on a one-time payment option, they will receive a commission for each new signup.
If the Affiliate is on a recurring payment schedule, they will continue to accumulate commissions for each paid transaction by the customer for as long as the customer remains a paying customer. For Affiliates participating in the recurring program, commissions will also accumulate for base plan upgrades, subject to the Commission Calculation Basis described below.
Commission Calculation Basis
Commissions are calculated solely on the customer's base plan subscription amount. Add-on locations, additional location fees, and any other add-on charges beyond the base plan are excluded from commission calculations and will not generate commissions for the Affiliate. This exclusion applies to both one-time and recurring commission structures.
Payment
An Affiliate can request a payment when their balance reaches a minimum balance of $25 USD. Payments can be requested every 30 days. Payment processing can take up to 30 days from the request date. Payments will generally be paid out via PayPal.
Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate's balance.
Coupon Codes
Unless otherwise approved by a TrueReview representative, coupon codes may not be used for accounts that came from an affiliate referral.
Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the TrueReview brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliates section of the TrueReview application. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of TrueReview, and will never represent themselves as TrueReview or as an authorized agent, reseller or representative of TrueReview.
The Affiliate will never represent themselves, TrueReview or their relationship with TrueReview in a false or misleading way.
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing TrueReview.
Paid Search and Advertising
The Affiliate may promote TrueReview through paid advertising, subject to the restrictions in this section. These restrictions apply to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and any other search, social, display, retargeting or advertising platform, in all languages and in all geographic regions.
Prohibited keywords. The Affiliate may not bid on, purchase, target, or otherwise cause advertisements to be shown against "TrueReview", "True Review", "truereview.co", "Review Radar", or any misspelling, plural, spacing variation, or combination of these terms that includes or approximates a TrueReview trademark. This restriction applies to every match type, and to broad match, dynamic search ads, automated and AI-driven campaign types, and any other targeting method capable of serving an advertisement against these terms.
Required negative keywords. The Affiliate must add the terms described above as negative keywords on every campaign capable of serving against them, and must keep those negative keywords in place for the duration of this agreement.
Advertising content. The Affiliate may not use the TrueReview name, marks or logos in the headline, description, display path, sitelinks, callouts, or any other asset or extension of a paid advertisement. The Affiliate may not use dynamic keyword insertion or any similar mechanism capable of causing a TrueReview trademark to appear in advertising copy.
Impersonation. The Affiliate may not run advertising that a reasonable person would understand to have been placed by TrueReview, and may not use a display URL, advertiser name, business name or verified advertiser identity suggesting that the advertisement originates from TrueReview.
Permitted linking. Advertising that complies with this section may link directly to truereview.co using the Affiliate's referral link.
Disclosure and enforcement. TrueReview may request, and the Affiliate must provide within ten (10) business days, the advertising account identifiers and campaign details for any advertising promoting TrueReview. Advertising that violates this section is a material breach of this agreement, and TrueReview may terminate the Affiliate in accordance with the Term and Termination section below.
Self-referrals
What is a self-referral?
A self-referral occurs when a customer signs up using their own affiliate link. This creates the scenario where someone is earning commissions from their own payments.
To maintain fairness, self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Any self-referrals detected by our system will be deemed invalid, and no commissions will be awarded.
Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from TrueReview will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.
If TrueReview chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than $25 USD will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination. Balances that are smaller than $25 will be forfeited.
If the Affiliate is on a recurring program, TrueReview will not be obligated for any future payments after termination.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Arbitration
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Florida. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
