When your customers indicate their experience as “Unhappy”, we show them an option to leave feedback, which is sent directly to you via email.
As a secondary option, we also allow them to email you using their email client.
In addition to Email, you can also add a way for them to call or text you.
To edit your contact options, go to the settings page and select the contact options you wish to display for your customers.
Once you make changes, a confirmation will appear at the bottom of the page. Click SAVE CHANGES to apply the changes.
