Connecting to your Google My Business account

In order to send review requests, you need to add at least 1 account.

From your Settings page, click the BROWSE button to connect or add an account.

Find the account you want to connect or add from the popover. Scroll to see more options.

If the website you're looking for is not in the list, please use the Custom Link option at the top to add it.

Connecting to Google My Business:

Find Google from the list of options and click “CONNECT

a. When prompted, Select desired account.

b. When prompted, click “Allow

c. When prompted, click “Allow

d. When prompted, select the Google My Business location that you want to connect to TrueReview.

Once you make your selection, you will be redirected back to your TrueReview dashboard.

You’re now ready to read, respond and collect reviews for your Google My Business page!

Need to change your Google My Business location?

Click the 3 little dots next to the Google connection, and select "LOCATIONS"

You will be taken back to the location selection, where you can select the location you want to manage.
