Connecting to your Google My Business account

In order to send review requests, you need to add at least 1 account.

From your Settings page, click the ADD ACCOUNT button to connect or add an account.

click ADD ACCOUNT from Settings page.

A dialog will open with review website options.

Connecting to Google My Business:

Find Google from the list of options and click “CONNECT

a. When prompted, Select desired account.

b. Check the last option so that Google displays your locations.

NOTE: This is a requirement that comes from the Google API as a package in order for TrueReview to be able to fetch your Google reviews and enable you to reply to them from the TrueReview dashboard. TrueReview does not have any way of creating listings, or delete your Google business listings.

c. Click the Continue button to select your Google location.

When prompted, select the Google My Business location that you want to connect to TrueReview.

Once you make your selection, you will be redirected back to your TrueReview dashboard.

You’re now ready to read, respond and collect reviews for your Google My Business page!

If you need to change your Google My Business location, click the 3 dots next to the Google connection, and select "LOCATIONS"

You will be taken back to the location selection, where you can select the location you want to manage.
