How do I change the “From Name” customers see when I send them a review request via email?

When you send customers review request via email using TrueReview, we automatically make your business name the "From Name" customers see in their Inbox:

However, you can customize this name by following the steps here:

  1. Click on the business name at the top right of your dashboard and click Account Settings:
  1. A modal will open, where you can change it by scrolling to the "From Name" section:
  1. Once you've added the new "From Name", click "Save" to update it for future emails.
