You can request reviews for any website you choose. Simply browse from the list of websites or add a custom link to any website where you receive reviews. Viewing your reviews and replying to reviews from the TrueReview dashboard is supported for Google and Facebook when you connect to them.
I have multiple locations under one Google My Business account; am I able to select a location?
Yes, when you connect your "Google My Business" account, you will be prompted to select which location you would like to manage.
In which countries do SMS requests work?
Businesses located in the United States and Canada can send SMS and Email review and survey requests to their customers using the TrueReview platform. SMS is not supported for businesses located outside of the United States and Canada, however sending review requests via Email is supported for all locations.
Can I automate the review requests?
Yes, you can automatically add contacts to your TrueReview account, or send review requests right away by connecting your CRM, EMR, POS or any other software you use through Zapier.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Subscriptions expire at the end of the billing cycle.
What number is used to send SMS requests?
SMS requests are sent from a toll-free number. Business verification is required to send SMS review requests. Learn more.
Will I lose my reviews if I cancel my subscription?
No, reviews you collect through TrueReview will not be lost if you cancel your subscription. Since reviews are left on websites you specify, like Google, they stay with you even if you cancel your subscription. Reviews left on your TrueReview business profile will also remain unless you unpublish the page.
Does TrueReview work for agencies?
Yes! TrueReview subscriptions are designed to support agencies managing reviews for other businesses. You can either create individual accounts, or use the Premium plan to manage all businesses under a single account.
