Once you send a review request, customer will receive a text message with a link, customized specifically for them, that will direct them to leave a review on one of the review platforms you have added.

If the customer is not happy with your service, we ask them to provide feedback. Doing so helps avoid negative reviews. Feedback is sent directly to you via email. You can also add more contact options, like Email, Call or Text.
